Who We Are

Introduction

With over 30 years experience in accountancy practice, Hazel Wells and her team provide accounting, tax, audit and advisory support to individuals, businesses and partnerships.

Hazel is the managing partner at Balanced Accounting LLP, the refreshingly different Chartered Accountants serving clients across Kent, Sussex and beyond.

Hazel was previously a partner at Swindells Accounting (formerly Swindells & Gentry), a Sussex accountancy firm with offices in Uckfield and Seaford. Hazel's decision to leave and create her own practice was driven by a desire to work to a different set of values and beliefs, to the benefit of her clients and staff.

Today, Balanced Accounting is proud to support a wide range of personal and business clients with accountancy and tax services (see testimonials). Our services include tax returns, bookkeeping, payroll, VAT services, VAT enquiries, preparation of statutory accounts, financial statements audits, support for new business start ups and much more.
